Review Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This prize draw is operated by Bill Skinner Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to entrants worldwide aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Bill Skinner Studio, their immediate families, and where prohibited or restricted by local law.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation in this promotion is lawful in their country of residence.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges associated with receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner where applicable.

3. How to Enter
   Customers who leave a review via our REVIEWS.io review request email or review link will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. Leaving a positive review does not increase the chances of winning.

Each eligible review submitted counts as one entry.

4. Promotional Period
   This is an ongoing quarterly prize draw. Reviews submitted during each calendar quarter will be entered into the corresponding quarterly draw.

The first prize draw will take place on 30 June 2026. Subsequent draws will take place at the end of September, December, March, and June each year unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize
   One winner will be selected in each quarterly draw and will receive a £25 Bill Skinner Studio gift voucher.

The gift voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant quarter.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the quarter ending.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their order or review submission. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Reviews & Transparency
   This promotion is intended to encourage honest customer feedback. Incentives are offered for leaving a review, regardless of review rating or sentiment.

Reviews collected as part of this promotion may be marked as incentivised in accordance with REVIEWS.io policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Data Protection
   Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General
    We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By participating in this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
