Delivery & Returns
Delivery/Shipping charges (excluding duty) and lead times are as follows. Please note these are working days and do not include weekends or holidays, and are not guaranteed.

If you have still not received your order, or a notice from the courier indicating that delivery of your order has been attempted, within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please email us at questions@billskinnerstudio.com.
At this time we will not be shipping to Russia and all orders placed for delivery to Russia will be cancelled and refunded.
Brexit updated customs & import duties
If you live outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Please note that recipients outside the United Kingdom will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges.
We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed by our carriers Royal Mail on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
Purchase & Payment
Prices shown are in UK Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Orders delivered within the European Union and WorldWide will be inclusive of VAT.
Accounts & Account Credits
Any credits added to your account have no cash value equivalent and redeemable only against online web purchases via www.billskinnerstudio.com – these are not redeemable in our boutiques.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely delighted with your order, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is returned:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- In the original packaging
Return - not faulty
To request a return or exchange, please submit your request via your order status page.
- We will review your request, and confirm next steps within 72 hours
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service via https://send.royalmail.com as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Pierced Earrings
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings and earring pendants are non-returnable unless faulty. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own exchange policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return - faulty (tracked, pre-paid)
If your item is faulty or damaged, please submit a return request via your order page including details of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved by our team:
- We will provide instructions for returning your item
- Return postage will be covered by us
- You may choose a refund or replacement
International Orders
We are unable to accept returns from customers outside the United Kingdom where duty charges have not been paid on receipt of goods.
Please note:
- We are unable to refund any customs duties or taxes paid on returned items, whether faulty or unsuitable, as these are charged by your local customs authority
- Bill Skinner Studio will refund the GBP purchase price only and cannot accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund
