All orders are shipped within 48 hours (subject to card clearance) by 'signed for' courier service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am - 5pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified. Please note during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas, shipping may take longer.

Customs & Import Duties
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges.
We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed by our carriers Royal Mail on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
Purchase & Payment
Prices shown are in UK Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Orders delivered within the European Union and World Wide will be inclusive of VAT.
Accounts & Account Credits
Any credits added to your account have no cash value equivalent and redeemable only against online web purchases via www.billskinnerstudio.com – these are not redeemable in our boutiques.

Christmas Returns Extension
We operate a Christmas returns extension policy. Any item purchased from our online catalogue between 15 November until 24 December and returned to us by 14 January 2015 for whatever reason, together with the original packaging and completed returns note and we will either exchange the item or give you a full refund.
If you do not like an item purchased from our online catalogue, for whatever reason or it is damaged or faulty, return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging and completed returns note and we will either exchange the item or give you a full refund. We only refund the return postage cost when goods are either faulty or damaged.
Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own exchange policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not accept any returns from CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU if Duty Charges were not paid by the customer on receipt of goods we are also unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
PLEASE NOTE Bill Skinner will refund the GBP purchase price and takes no responsibility for exchange rate movements that may have occurred between time of purchase and return.
